Sangte Aika

Mahadev, the landowner of a village in Maharashtra, is a tyrant obsessed with power and glory. He is optimistic about winning the annual bullock-cart race but when he realises a poor village farmer named Sakharam can ride his cart with a broken wheel and still manage to overtake everyone, Mahadev decides to get him out of the way. What starts off as an obessesion to win a race quickly turns ugly and bloody.
